Your missions :

·         Main scope: Support level 1 and support level 2

·         Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

·         Help customers/employees troubleshoot software and hardware issues over the phone, with remote desktop tools, or in person on site.

·         Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional

·         Train user and provide clear explanation on corporate software

·         Write technical documentation and procedure

·         Provide solutions to eradicate recurrent problems

·         Deploy images, install, configure, and customize Windows operating system

·         Install and configure corporate software. This includes, but is not limited to Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Skype for Business, VPN client, Adobe Suite, Anti-virus, ERP, finance application wireless connection.

·         Install computers on workplace

·         Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors, where needed

·         Install, configure and troubleshoot printers/copiers/computer peripherals.

·         Make software and hardware recommendation

·         Create and manage user accounts on Widows Active Directory

·         Server and networking equipment maintenance when possible


·         Ability to assess each customer/employee’s IT knowledge levels and adapt the explanation accordingly

·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and customer care skills

·         An in depth understanding of computer systems (Microsoft OS), mobile devices and other technical products Pancosma is using

·         A good understanding of networking protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalling, switching, VPN, Wi-Fi

·         Good accurate records keeping

·         Organizational skills and the ability to properly manage workload

·         Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently

·         Ability to deal with difficult callers

·         Up-to-date technical knowledge

·         Act in a professional manner in accordance with the company image

·         Proficiency in English & French
