Neovia - vie

International Voluntary Service Programme

Neovia will continue to internationalize its employees’ profiles and experience in order to support the implementation of its strategy and accelerate its growth globally. Within this framework, the company is actively involved in promoting voluntary service in business for recent graduates among its managers and external partners.

Cross’in Borders: our international community of volunteers

Our volunteers are now spread throughout our five geographic areas and cover all our businesses in our 7 different sectors of activity: complete feed, aquaculture, pet care, premix / firm-services, additives and ingredients, animal health, and analysis laboratories.

This system of excellence allows us to lead and develop a network of young talents in our international subsidiaries. The International Voluntary Service Programme (VIE) increases the adaptability and the multicultural dimension of our future employees.
